Rates 2009/2010 (min/max) are per apartment, per week (from Saturday to Saturday) and include:

  • Tax
  • Daily housekeeping
  • Daily change of bath linen
  • Twice weekly change of bed linen
  • Final cleaning of apartment EUR 50,00

Extra:

  • Children up to 2 years free, free cradle
  • Extra bed: Euro 40,00 per day.
  • Single use apartment: discount 30%.

Check-in: 3.00 pm - check-out 10.00 am

Reservation conditions

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the cost of the total stay is requested so as to guarantee each reservation.

Cancellation of guaranteed bookings:
For cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the scheduled date of arrival, no penalty will be incurred.
In the case of cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be withheld.
